Pickup and Return Warranty Service

Mowafer warranty provide warranty of receiving defected item from customer and send it to official suppliers to fix/replace defected parts and send it back to customer after quality check from our side to make sure that problem is solved, Customer will be charge with shipping fees only 15 EGP.

Terms of warranty

 - The warranty period is twelve (12) months for electronics and three (3) months for accessories from the date of purchase.

 - During the warranty period, mowafer will repair the device / replace parts of the device if the device is defective, the customer will not be charged any costs to repair the device during the warranty period, all parts used in the repair become the property of the service centre.

 - Once the device is delivered to the service center, the center has the right to open the device and repair it without referring to the customer.

 - Service Center is not responsible for any data loss, so all customers need to backup their data before deliver thier devices to Service Center.

 - Customer must keep the original purchase invoice throughout the warranty period.


Defects are not included in the warranty

 - Misuse, improper storage, excessive humidity or wetness, excessive temperatures, high voltage, attempt to repair outside the approved maintenance center, spills of liquids and food, fractures and shocks.

 - Try to decode the device or download.

 - Remove or change the serial number of the device and its accessories or any modification or abrasion in the warranty certificate.

 - Use non-original accessories.

 - Remove the warranty seal on the device and battery or use the device battery in non-allocated devices.

 - External plastic parts exposed to scratches.

 - Corrosion for camera lenses or batteries and monitors.

 - Maximum maintenance period 14 working days After this period, the company is committed to replace the device phone with a valid replacement (internal unit) of the same model and without charge upon completion of the original warranty period.
