1. Supermarket Products Return Policy:

Terms and conditions of return

- Original purchase invoice.

- All products’ returns are allowed within 24 hours of delivery.

- Products must be in original condition.

- Returns are allowed in case of items' damage within delivery.

- Refunds are in the same method of payment.

- Customer will get refunded with the same amount as it's shown on the invoice + shipping fees.

- Personal care products can not be returned.


2.  Electronics Products Return Policy:

- Original purchase invoice.

- Customer can be refunded within 14 days from purchasing date.

- Products must be in original condition.

- Returns are allowed in case of items' damage within delivery.

- Refunds are in the same method of payment.

- Customer will get refunded with the same amount as it shown on the invoice + shipping fees.

- In case of the occurrence of a manufacturing fault, it is conditioned the acceptance of the agent for getting the complete replacement.

- The return of one use products such as CDs, batteries, inks…etc. is impossible.


- We will check the product to be returned. If no damage is found resulting from misuse, the product will be refunded in the same way as payment. We will reply on the return request within 24 hours from the receipt of the product by the return team.

- If during the inspection process, the returned product is not matching the reason mentioned by the customer during the return process, the product will be sent back to the customer.
